In addition, we have functioned as outsourced services capability to jump start client businesses and provide on-the-job training for their staffs.

On the product side, we have defined both incremental products and complete product lines positioned against the competition, specifying product performance, pricing, support requirements, and direct sales and channels strategies. We have also assisted clients in identifying Asian design and supply chain outsourcing options.
