Our client, an early stage software firm, needed to improve its business performance and enhance its market position by developing a series of more specifically targeted application solution sets and related professional services offerings.

Vericours helped the management team define and prioritize the potential range of applications and services offerings. For the highest priority offerings, we helped define and develop specific solutions templates and services delivery methods and tools. We also developed collateral material to help market the targeted solutions, we helped train company sales and services personnel in those solutions, and we supported their initial marketing activities to end customers.

In addition, we helped the company set standards for the development of additional solution sets and services, and we supported the new CEO and a newly hired head of professional services as they developed their strategy for rapidly expanding their delivery capabilities.
